Maintenance and house rules
DON’T TAKE THE LINNEN OFF FROM THE BEDS, PLEASE (it’s easier for the cleaning staff to check and treat the stains when it’s on).

Commercial photography and filming are allowed, but strictly with the owner’s approval.
No more people are permitted on the property than the maximum allowed number of guests during any time.
Security deposit should be discussed before the check-in and its amount varies from 1000 to 2000 eur, depending on the age and the number of the guests as well as the duration and the purpose of the stay.

The deposit is 100% refundable when checking-out, if you have respected our house rules.
It is mandatory to turn off the A/C unit when leaving the flat, and please conserve water because we care for our planet.
Beach towels are for outdoor use, while bathroom towels must not be taken out from the apartment.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment.
Throw away all the garbage and take all food remains with you before leaving the place.
