In a residential area of the city centre, our newly renovated house consists of 3 stylish studios on the 1st floor and a spacious sunny rooftop patio on the 2nd floor, featuring a fully fitted open-air kitchen, BBQ, lounge and dining area, all with scenic views.
A hidden gem in the middle of the city is a green oasis on the ground floor; a vine-covered garden (sometimes shared) secluded from the street by orange trees.

- Other parts of the house (1st floor with accommodation and 2nd floor with roof terrace and open-air kitchen) are for the private use of the guests only.

Maintenance and house rules
- DON’T TAKE THE LINNEN OFF FROM THE BEDS, PLEASE (it’s easier for the cleaning staff to check and treat the stains when it’s on))
- Quiet hours 00-08am
- Parties not allowed
- Commercial photography, filming, presentations, and special events are allowed, but strictly with the owner’s approval.
- No more people are permitted on the property than the maximum allowed number of guests during quiet hours
- Security deposit should be discussed before the check-in and its amount varies from 1000 to 2000 eur, depending on the age of the guests as well as the duration and the purpose of the stay.
- More about the deposit:
- Climbing on the roof, causing significant damage to the furniture, artwork, and equipment, and showing disgrace or disrespect towards the neighbours’ dignity and property (such as entering their yard, throwing garbage or any other items, vomiting, or urinating) will be treated as a serious breakage of the house rules, and the full deposit amount will be charged if any of these actions occur.
- The deposit is 100% refundable when checking-out, if you have respected our house rules!
- It is mandatory to turn off the A/C units when leaving the room, and please conserve water because we care for our planet.
- Beach towels are for outdoor use, while bathroom towels must not be taken out of the studios.
- Wet clothes should be dried on the drying racks and ropes in the garden, not on the fence.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the studios, but designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
- Sunshades, if used, must be rolled in whenever leaving the terrace due to sudden wind gusts, as there have been serious damages and injuries on the street in the past when a sun umbrella flew off from the terrace!
- Throw away all the garbage and take all food remains with you before leaving the place.

APARTMENT “S” or “Pop-Art”
APARTMENT “S” or “Pop-Art” is decorated in a modern style with bright, colourful details, Lichtenstein’s posters, fresh white furniture, and poured epoxy floors. Although it’s the smallest, it has everything you need: a kitchenette, a stylish bathroom, and the only king-size bed, making it ideal for solo travellers, couples, and new families.















APARTMENT “M” or “Street Art”
APARTMENT “M” or “Street Art” features an alluring blend of various shades of grey, copper, and dark turquoise, accented with industrial and vintage details, infused with Banksy’s posters on the walls. A comfortable queen-size bed and armchairs are paired with a retro wooden coffee table and commode. Glossy epoxy flooring and adjustable lighting that changes colours to suit your mood make this the most sensual apartment available. It includes a kitchenette and a separate toilet at the entrance, with an intimate “wet room” attached to the bedroom featuring a spacious shower cabin comfortable for two.












APARTMENT “L” or “Graphic Art”
APARTMENT “L” or “Graphic Art” is warm and classy. It’s filled with sunlight, large windows, and has a private balcony. This apartment boasts a kitchen with stove and dishwasher. The open-plan living area features a queen-size bed and a large extendable sofa, accommodating up to four guests. A kidney-shaped bathtub with a seat provides a relaxing soak. A television and retro turntable with a vinyl collection are added bonuses for your enjoyment, enhanced by posters of famous contemporary Croatian artist Boris Bućan and some young graphic designers from Split, whose posters are also available for purchase.
