Maintenance and house rules
Quiet hours 10pm-08am and 2pm-5pm
Parties and noise are strictly forbidden since an old retired couple lives just under the apartment and a family with children just the next doors.
Commercial photography and filming are allowed, but strictly with the owner’s approval
No more people are permitted on the property than the maximum allowed number of guests during any time.
Security deposit should be discussed before the check-in and its amount varies from 1000 to 2000 eur, depending on the age and the number of the guests as well as the duration and the purpose of the stay.
The deposit is to be taken in case of some hard damage made in the apartment or especially if not following the policy of not using our private vinyl collection. It is covered with a canvas in the living room in order not to be moved or touched.

It is mandatory to turn off the A/C units when leaving the house, and please conserve water because we care for our planet.
Beach towels are for outdoor use, while bathroom towels must not be taken out from the apartment.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment, but it’s allowed on the balcony.
Throw away all the garbage and take all food remains with you before leaving the place.
The place has been refreshed with bright colours, unique furniture and décor featuring lots of artwork. It has well-lit, comfortable rooms, a spacious living room, a balcony, and a kitchen with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.
Two sunny bedrooms: one belongs to our daughter and has a single bunk-bed by the wall and twin-size mattress in the centre of the room, what makes it suitable for 3 persons to sleep; the other is master bedroom with queen-size bed, full of books and passion.
The flat has a warm, beautiful living room with a dining area by the window with a sea view, a bathroom with a large bathtub, two toilets, a kitchen with an additional lounge area, and a balcony with a stunning view of the islands, the old town Palace, the harbour, and beautiful sunsets!
